什么是国际私人直邮
国际直邮的一种，目前以万国邮政的方式为主，为发出海外本国的邮政，国际妈咪工作人员以不介入的形式操作此模式，货品需通过两个国家的海关，并且完成两国邮政对接的模式，但是此模式目前效率较低，国际妈咪同时开通政府新推出的保税区集货与备货模式，从而解决国际私人直邮效率低下的问题，国际私人直邮的两种方式用户可以自由选择，根据要求说明下单即可。
国际私人直邮说明
1.身份证
国际私人直邮为个人进口物品的过程，目前的快件基本都为包裹物品，海关为了加强安全监管，以及加快通关效率，请国际私人直邮的用户上传您的身份证照片，您可以加上“海关报关专用”的水印，国际妈咪有详细的加水印的教程，这样您的信息可以更加得到保障。（登录国际妈咪会员，进入“收货地址”进行上传；目前保税区仅需支付订单时备注支付人身份证姓名、号码及联系方式即可，无需上传身份证，详情见“;保税区模式”）”）
2.到货时间
保税区模式，此方式为2014年热门话题，广州保税区目前与国际妈咪达成合作，大大缩短了万国邮政运输过程当中的效率，用户下单后，目前为7天左右到货，海关全程为您担保。
注意：国际妈咪自营自贸仓所有商品、自营香港仓所有商品若经由海关所产生税费，均由国际妈咪为用户承担；自营海外仓直发包税说明：国际直邮走德意国际物流线路的，产生的税收为企业向中国海关申报，由国际妈咪海淘承担税收的缴纳，万国邮政线路（DHL德国邮政，postNL荷兰邮政，英国皇家邮政等）为两国邮政对接，关税为您本地邮政与海关直接收取，企业无法申报，故需要用户自己缴纳，给您造成的不便深表歉意。
3.海关检查
海关对国际直邮奶粉等食品监管非常严格，例如出现奶粉入关后，被海关刺穿包装检查（此类情况就影响原包装的完好，分往地方客户运输途中会因此易受损坏）。因此就会有客户反映收到的奶粉有爆罐、漏粉等现象发生，这类情况无法控制与避免，客户如不能接受请慎重下单。
4.关税
走万国邮政的包裹，关税由您自行承担，自贸区的关税由国际妈咪承担。每个包裹将根据海关指定的完税价格表进行关税计算，若关税低于50元人民币的，可予以免税放行，如果税额高于50元人民币，则需要征税放行（根据海关实时政策，如一箱奶粉一般征税 18元/罐，6罐即为108元）。
物流快递说明
国际私人直邮由国家邮政负责配送，目前国际妈咪对于国际私人物流商品实现免运费服务。国际物流到达我国境内一般会转EMS（国际物流国内合作方），少数转平邮以及其它国内物流。总体来说耗时会略长。

注意：保税区模式为个人跨境购申报模式，并且为全程海关监管模式，与国际批量直邮的备货模式有所区别，国际妈咪工作人员须商品备案，并且为您向海关提交申请，等待海关通过才能配发，国际妈咪将此模式归类于私人直邮模式，多种模式用户可自由选择。
What is theInternational Private Direct Mail
As a kind of international direct mail modes, the international private direct mail currently mainly focuses on the means of Universal Postal Union (UPU).The staff members of International Mommy operate the mode to send out goods at home and abroad in the form of non-intervention. The goods are required of customs clearance of the two countries’ Customs and of the postal docking of the countries, but the postal mode is of low efficiency. Under such a situation, International Mommy commenced the mode of goods collection and stock up in Free Trade Zones (FTZ) launched by the government to solve the problem of low efficiency of international private direct mail. The users can select either of the two kinds of international direct mail in their own discretion and place orders as required and instructed.
Instructions to International Private Direct mai
1.ID Card
International private direct mail is for personal import of goods, mostly for the package goods at present. To strengthen the security supervision and accelerate the efficiency of customs clearance, the Customs require you (the users of international direct mail) to upload your ID photos. You can add the special watermark of “only for customs declaration”, so that your information will be more secure; International Mommy has detailed the watermarking tutorial (Log into Member of International Mommy, go to “Shipping Address” for photo uploading; currently, you just need note the name on the ID Card, ID No., and Contact Information of payers without uploading ID Card when you pay for orders in Free Trade Zones (FTZ). 2.The arrival time
The delivery time circle of international private direct mail is rather long. After the user places an order, the delivery time of UPU is around 15-20 days. With the introduction of New Customs Policy of 2014, the efficiency is extremely low, especially for the users whose goods are transferred in Shanghai. Please note that the package will reach you normally within 15-20 days; and please also note that in the overseas postal express tracking, for example, when packages are sent from Brussels by Belgium’s BPOST but shows continuously “not yet arrived in China” when in fact they have arrived in China, this indicates that the goods are retained in China Customs; after customs clearance, China postal systems shall scan it before the status shows that the parcel has arrived in China, then it will be delivered to you soon.
Note: according to the customs documents, the goods can be discharged free of duty when the duty is less than RMB 50;when it is more than RMB 50, the tariff will be taxed before the goods are discharged. International Mommy has set the one-time order quantity in free trade zones (FTZ) to avoid the duty
3.The customs inspection
The Customs execute very strict supervision on foods via international direct mail like milk powder. For example, after entry into the Customs, the Customs officers will pierce the package of milk powder for inspection (this will definitely influence the original intact package and milk powder will be more vulnerable to damage in the course of local transit). Therefore, some customers will reflect the phenomenon such as burst can, leakage of milk powder, etc. Such a situation cannot be controlled or avoided; and please carefully place an order if you cannot accept it.
4.Tariff
The tariff is at your own risk for the package sent by UPU and the Free Trade Zone tariff (FTZ tariff) shall be borne by International Mommy. The tariff for each package will be calculated according to the dutiable value list specified by the Customs. If the tariff is less than RMB 50, the commodities can be discharged free of duty; while, if it is over RMB 50, the tariff will be taxed before the goods are discharged (In accordance with the real-time Customs Policy, e.g. the general tax for milk powder is RMB 18/can，the total tax for 6 cans of milk powder is RMB 108。)
Instruction to Logistics
International private direct mail is distributed by the national postal system. At present, International Mommy has practiced free-shipping service for the international private mail. International logistics generally turns to EMS (the domestic partner of international logistics) after arriving in China, and a few will turn to surface mail and other domestic logistics. Generally speaking, it will take a slightly longer time.

Note:The Free Trade Zone Mode (FTZ Mode) is the declaration mode for individual cross-border shopping and the mode of full supervision from the Customs. Unlike the mode of goods stock up of international batch direct mail, the personnel of International Mommy put the goods on record, make customs declaration to the Customs on behalf of you, and dispense the goods after the customs clearance. International Mommy classifies the mode as the mode of private direct mail, and users can choose from a variety of modes in their own discretion.
